Chief Pâtissier of the Pâtisserie Mon image, Yoshitake Hamaguchi, was born to a family who ran the Japanese confectioneries shop.
He has been familiar with the sensitive flavors and refined artifices of the Japanese confectioneries since childhood.
Although he decided to become a pâtissier and started his career at the cafe restaurant, he has been always committed to combine his own aesthetic conception, highly selected ingredients and fulfilling flavors into the One and Only confectionery where Japan meets west, and tradition mees modernity.

パティスリーもんいまぁじゅのオーナーパティシエ、濱口佳丈は和菓子業を営む一家に生まれ、幼い頃から和菓子ならではの繊細な味わいと技術に親しんだ。
